I called Hug on the first hot day of the year after I discovered my central air conditioning wasn't working. In less than an hour Steve arrived and diagnosed the problem. In addition to being very personable and a great listener, he was highly professional and conscientious. He inspired a level of confidence in me that was unusual, given my past history with home repair technicians. The following morning Mark came by with the required repair part and in a few minutes my air conditioner was up and running again, as good as new!. Just as Steve did, Mark impressed me with his repair abilities and his willingness to explain the intricacies of home air conditioning.
