Hug Plumbing is the contractor for my home warranty service. I was apprehensive at first: Hug isn't Based in Vacaville and I hadn't heard of firms doing plumbing, heating, and cooling. I had no need to worry. Dave from Hug called me before 9 am in the morning and set up a time to look at the a/c that day. I was very grateful because It was one of the first hot weeks of the summer with temperatures forecast to be over a hundred in a couple of days. I knew Hug and everyone else would be swamped with a/c calls. Dave is based in Vacaville and the service was excellent. He stayed in touch so I always knew what was going on like waiting for parts or whatever. Dave explained everything to me--what the problem was, what was needed to fix it, the procedure and how long it would take--so I knew what to expect. Dave worked really well with my home warranty company so parts and so on were ready at the warehouse in a very short time. I will definitely be calling Hug again if I need plumbing, heating, or cooling services. They are honest, hard-working, and have great customer service!
