Couldn't find better service anywhere! Feel so lucky that we had HUG Plumbing to turn to fix our heating problem. The serviceman (Steve) was so polite, right on time and knew what he was doing. He didn't mind if he had to come out at 5:30 in the evening and stay until 8:30 that night to fix the furnace so that I would have heat that evening.

Whenever I need someone to fix the plumbing, heating or air conditioner I will surely turn to HUG Plumbing!

I feel very fortunate to have found such a great plumbing company in Santa Rosa as I did with Hug Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Upon returning home from a vacation I noticed a large pool of water in my garage. Immediately I knew it must be the water heater. After calling several other plumbers in Santa Rosa, I felt most comfortable with Dan's company and their BBB A Rating. Dan came right out and had a new water heater installed right away!

I was leaving for Europe for two months when my gas water heater decided not to work any more. So I called a Santa Rosa Plumber, "Hug Plumbing" and spoke to Dan. He said he would come out, look at my problem and give me a free quote. One day later I had a new gas hot water tank and had the peace of mind to go on vacation. That was eight months ago...

This gentleman and the Santa Rosa Plumbing Company he represents are honest, good people. I so wish we had more of this in Sonoma County.
